Once you complete your assigned exercises, we will review and process the information together during our coaching calls.This workbook is not meant to be done in any order, and you do not have to complete every single exercise in order to get great results! Typically with a client, I might "assign" specific exercises for review, but you are also welcome to work your way through any of the other exercises that call to you.
